約10年前の2012年7月、当時、バンコクで国連職員として暮らしていました。そこで見聞きすること、珍しいことを発信したくて- 彩雲たなびく天使の街 / City of angel under cloud iridescence -　という名前でこのブログを始めました。

2014年の暮れに日本に戻ってからも、農林水産省や経済産業省に勤務しながら、日本での出来事や海外出張の様子などをブログで紹介させていただいてきました。その公務員生活も、2020年3月に退職して、今は、全国通案内士として活動しています。

About 10 years ago, in July 2012, I started this blog -City of angel under cloud iridescence-, when I was living in Bangkok as a UN employee, and I had many interesting and exciting experiences that I thouoght I would like to share.

After returning to Japan at the end of 2014, I was working for as Governmental Offcial, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, I continueted to post introducing events in Japan and overseas business trips on my blog. I retired from the Government in March 2020 and started my own business as a licensed guide interpreter.

最近は、日々の暮らしの出来事や見聞きしたことは、FacebookやInstagramに投稿することが多くなりました。最初のうちは、内容によって、この「彩雲たなびく」ブログとFacebookと書き分けたり、内容を少し変えたりしてきましたが、最近は、Facebookへの投稿が多くなり、ここのブログへの書き込みは、ほとんど無くなってしまいました。

Recently, I gradually to increse to post my report of daily life events and what I saw and heard to Facebook and Instagram. Before my retirement, depending on the content, I posted to this blog separately from Facebook, or changed the content a little, but recently, the number of posts on Facebook has increased, and I upload few post to this blog.

また、最近はYouTubeへの投稿も、少しずつ増やすようになってきました。このような状況を考え、この「彩雲たなびく」への投稿は、今後は、中止させていただくことにしました。バンコク時代からも含め、継続してお読みいただいた方や、色々なコメントを下さった方々には、申し訳ないのですが、ご了解いただければ幸いです。ただ、このようなブログですが、まだ過去の記事を頂く方も時々いらっしゃいますので、過去の記事は、そのまま残させていただきたいと思います。

I also started to post to YouTube movie and try to increase little by little. Considering this situation, I decided to suspend posting to this "Ayakumo Tanabiku" in the future. I hertfully apologize to readers who have continued to support this, including those from the Bangkok era, and those who have made various comments, but we appreciate your understanding. However, even though it is such a blog, there are still some people who still visit past articles, so I would like to leave the past articles as they are.

穏やかな年明けを迎えることができました。私事ながら、今年は還暦を迎え、春には永年勤めた職場を定年退職する予定です。

退職後は、東京オリンピックや観光のボランティアと通訳案内の仕事をしながら花や植物にも携わっていければと思っています。そのための準備として、最近は自分自身のホームページ、FacebookやInstagramなどのSNSに割く時間が増え、こちらのブログへの書き込みが少なくなってしまったと反省しています。

I have peaceful and happy new year holidays. I will have 60th birthday in soon and be retired from my office. After retirement, I will start new life as some volunteers for Tokyo 2020 Games and tourists to Tokyo and licenced English guide to introduce Japanese culture and nature particularly flowers, gardens and so on.

町内会の防災訓練に参加し、消火栓の使い方、初めて教わりました。
I joined a drill for disaster in a neighborhood association, how to use fire hydrant first time to learn.

大災害の時には、自分のことは自分で守る、そのために防災施設の仕組みを知っておくのは、大事なことですね。
In case of great disaster, self-defense is important idea and to learn such facility is srucial in emergency time.

七草粥/ Nanakusagayu, Seven herb rice porridge

今日は７日、七草粥を頂きました。
お正月のご馳走で疲れた胃袋を癒し、野菜不足になりがちなこの季節、新鮮なビタミンと栄養を、優しいお粥で頂くのは先人の知恵ですね。
At breakfast of 7th of January, I eat Nanakusagayu, Seven herb rice porridge. It is a Japanese custom with ancestors' wisdom for resting our stomach which can be tired from the feasting and drinking of New-year's holidays and replenishing nutrient and vitamin by young herbs in cold winter.

春の七草、せり、なずな、ごぎょう、はこべら、ほとけのざ、すずな（蕪）、すずしろ（大根）。
Seven herbs or vegetables are seri (water dropwort), nazua (shepherd's purse), gogyo(cudweed), hakobera(chickweed), hotokenoza(henbit), suzuna (turnip) and suzusiro (daikon radich).

春はまだ遠いですが。体は少し温まりました。今年は７日が日曜でゆっくりと七草粥をいただけました。
Spring is not coming soon but my heart and body is a little bit warmed. Thanks to Sunday morning, I can enjoy the Nanakusagayu in relax mood.

初詣/ New Year's visit to a shrine and temple

今年の初詣は元旦に近所の氏神様にお参りして、２日は吉祥寺の井の頭弁才天へ。
My new year's visit to sacred place, visit to my Patron god shrine neighborhood on January 1st and Inokashira pond Benzaiten, Saraswati, goddess of music and art near Kichijyouji.

典型的な神仏習合ですが、今年一年の安全と幸せを祈願してきました。
This could be a typical syncretism of Shinto and Buddhism, however I sincerely pray for peace and happiness of this year.

けものフレンズビアガーデン/ An Amusement like beer hall “Kemono-friends beer garden ”

今、若い人たちに、アニメ等のゆるーいキャラの”けものフレンズ”が人気だそうで、そのテーマパーク的なビアガーデンに、家族に誘われ行ってきました。

A “kemono-friends”, literally meaning is animal or beast friends, Japanese media franchise in anime, manga or smartphone game, is now becoming popular with their friendly characters particularly in young generation and I just visited a “Kemono-friends beer garden” last weekend since my family asked to visit there together.

このアニメ、可愛いキャラクターや台詞の割には、色々な含意があり、それを考察するのが若い人たちに受けているとか。低予算で作られ、宣伝もされていないので、一般的な知名度は高くないようですが、その分、熱心なファンも多いそうで、このビアガーデンも、前売りか前もって整理券を貰って入れないほど結構な人気のようです。

All characters appears in this animation story looks very cute and charmingly and their dialogues sounds sinless, however there could be many implications in the story, and it could be attractive to younger people. This animation has been made by small budget and without big promotion campaign, so general public awareness is not so widely but enthusiastic fans are existing in contrast. So, this “beer-garden” is also necessary reservation ticket for entering.

入場時に、キャラクターが描かれた専用のビアジョッキかグラスを貰い、ビールやソフトドリンクが飲み放題になっていて、帰る時にそのジョッキをお土産として持ち帰れるようになっています。私が誘われたのは、そのお土産用のビアジョッキのためだったのですが、まあその分はビールを飲んだので良しとしましょう。

At the entrance, the guest is given a special beer mug or grass printed characters on it for free drinking in the hall, and can bring back it as a souvenir. That is the reason I was asked to visit together by my family.

入場料は、ジョッキ・グラスと1,000円の食事つきで、アルコール飲料飲み放題3,000円、ソフトドリンク2，000円です。パチンコ屋さんの屋上にビアガーデンがあるのが、ちょっとシュールです。

Entrance fee is JPY 3,000 for free drinking alcoholic beverage and JPY 2,000 for non-alcoholic drink with 1,000 meal tickets in the hall. The garden is on the roof of a “Pachinko parlor”, it could be a kind of implication from the story?

プレミアムフライデー ちょっとだけ ”Premium Friday” short break

昨日は5月の最終金曜日でプレミアムフライデー。金曜の夕方は仕事を早めに切り上げて、有意義な時間をということで、2月から始まったプレミアムフラーデーですが、これまでは会議が入ったりで実行できなかったのですが、昨日は、少しだけ楽しんでみました。
Last evening I enjoyed “Premium Friday; Last Friday in each month” this first time to enjoy since this event promoted by the Government from this February. I finished my job at three o'clock and got out from my office.

3時に職場を出て、まずは、新宿御苑へ。天気があまりよくなかったので、まずは温室内を散策。エキゾチックな花を見て少しリラックスしようと思ったら、もう温室の閉館時間になってしまいました。
I visited a Shinjyu-gyoen garden first and went into a greenhouse as the whether was not so good.
I just could stay in the greenhouse about half hour since it was closed 4 o'clock.

そして、雨上がりの園内を少しだけ森林浴。雨にぬれたハコネウツギが綺麗でした。
平日の夕方、園内を散策する人もまばらで、ほとんどが外国人観光客でした。

I strolled in a woods enjoy walking and found beauty Japanese weigela full blooming in rain.
I met a few people enjoying in the garden and almost visitors were foreign tourists.

そして、家に帰って、家族と早めの夕食。
近くのお店の、プレミアムフライデーのサービス！
スタートが早かったせいで、たっぷりとビールをいただいたので、結局、お勘定は、いつもよりも大目でしたが・・・

And then after I came back to my house my family and I enjoyed sea food diner with special promotion in premium Friday; just 100 JPY for a cup of starting beverage. I enjoyed dinner for longer time than usual and druink much more, so as a result pay much more, but not so bad for happy dinner!

春 新しい生活が始まります/ Spring! A new life of my family will be started

この春は、子供の学校の卒業と入学、家の引越し、そして職場の異動と我が家は大きな変化の年となりました。

In this spring, my son graduated junior-high and entered new school, my family has moved to new house, and myself has been just transferred to a new office.

しばらくは、忙しくて記事をアップする暇もなかったのですが、新年度からはまた少しずつ新しい世活での出来事をアップしていくつもりです。またよろしくお願いします。

Recently, I have no time to update my blog by preparing new life, but I would like to restart my blog by reporting new life in new circumstances.

今年ももう残りわずかになりました。本年の最後の画像は３日ほど前の東京タワーです。
We will have just a few hours for this year. The last picture of this year is Tokyo tower and this is talen three days before.

スカイツリーに高さではかなり差をつけられましたが、この優雅な姿は、人をひきつけるものがあります。
The Tokyo tower is now behind the Tokyo Sky Tree in its height but this elegant shape could be superior.

増上寺とのツーショットも日本らしくて好きです。そしてお地蔵さんの姿も。
I love its picture with Zojyoji temple since reflecting modern Tokyo style.

夜空に浮かぶ姿も素敵ですね。一本一本の鉄骨をリベットで繋いで鳶職人が作ったそうです。
「東京タワーは日本の職人が、スカイツリーは日本の技術が作った」と言った人がいるそうです。

I love also night scene of the tower. The tower was constructed by steeplejacks fixing each steel using rivets one by one. I heard someone said that the Tokyo tower was constructed by Japanese craftsman and Tokyo Sky Tree was made by Japanese technology.
