都立庭園が臨時休園と聞いて I was just supprised by news of emergency closing gardens

コロナの影響を受けて都立庭園や植物園が年末年始は臨時休園するというので、慌てて小石川後楽園に行ってきました。

I heard bad news that almost all metropolitan garden or park including Koishigawa koranken garden will be suddenly closed from tomorrow to January 11 because of spread of COVID19 again in these days.

庭園はすっかり冬を迎える準備が整っています。

The garden is ready to have cold winter season.

この都会の中にこんな深みのある立体感が出せるのは驚きです。

It is amazing that huge space I can feel in such center of heart of Tokyo.

日本的景色と中国風庭園が重なっていきます。

Well combination of Japanese scene and Chinese aspects.

秋が深まっていきます。

Late autumn scene.

そして新たに復活した唐門も見てきました。

Newly reconstructed Karamon gate (Chinese style gate).

早生の梅の淡いピンクに春への道のりを感じました。

I found early blooming pale pink Japanese apricot blossoms on branches.

折角の正月準備の門松が少し寂しげです。

New year’s bamboo decoration on the gate looks a little bit loneliness.

年末年始は日本庭園の勉強のために庭園巡りをしようと思っていただけに、ショックです。

I was wondering to enjoy many gardens on this holiday season, so I was so shocked by this news.
