高円寺の阿波踊りを見てきました。I enjoyed Awa odori festival in Koenji, Tokyo

昨日は、高校時代の友人と高円寺の阿波踊り。3年連続で見に行きましたが、連による踊りのアレンジの仕方や特徴が少しずつ分かってきて、阿波踊りの魅力にますます引き込まれそうです。踊りを見ていると、嫌な事を忘れることができます。

Last evening, I enjoyed Awa odori festival, (Awa is old name of Tokushima prefecture) , parade of many dancing teams, in Koenji Tokyo, one of the biggest Awa dancing festival outside Tokushima Pref. This is my third time in three years with my old friends in my same high school. I can learn difference of arrangement and atmosphere of dance of each team gradually and I am facisnated by the dance year by year. Watching dancing can take off my bad things in everyday life form my mind.

清瀬ひまわりフェスティバルに/ Kiyose Sunflower festival

お盆休みの最後の日は清瀬ひまわりフェスティバルに行ってきました。暑い日が続き夏バテ気味ですが、気合を入れようと、ひまわり畑に行ってきました。やっぱり暑かったですが、太陽に向かって頑張って咲いている向日葵に少しパワーを分けてもらってきました。約１０万本のひまわりは東京都内では最大級だそうです。

I visited a Kiyose Sunflower festival at the last day of my summer “Bon” holidays for getting energy from full blooming sunflowers and beating off tiredness by summer heat. Still very hot on sunflower fields but I am encouraged by yellow flower facing toward to burning sunshine in middle of summer. A hundred thousand of sunflower is the largest scale in Tokyo Metropolitan area.

目と耳ぐらいは涼を求めて

毎日の暑い日にうんざりして、涼を求めて、埼玉寄居の大水車を訪ねて見ました。

For escaping deadly every hot days, I visited Yorii town, Saitama to watch the largest wooden watermill (24.2m diameter). Although I was astonished by the impressive structure, but I could not forget hot feeling.

直径２４．２ｍ、日本一の木製水車の迫力はすごかったですが、暑さを忘れるほどではなかったので、帰りに、少しミーハーですが、川越、氷川神社のインスタ映えする風鈴で、見た目と耳で涼を楽しんできました。

So, I went to Hikawa shrine in Kawagoe, a famous picturesque place for Instagram, for enjoying shape and sound of small wind chimes in evening wind on my way back to home.
