高円寺の阿波踊り/ Awa-odori in Koenji.

高円寺で、阿波おどりを楽しみました。今年は例年以上に暑く、見ているのも大変ですが、踊る方はもっと大変でしょう。それでも楽しいそうに踊る姿をみてエネルギーをいただきました。

I enjoyed Awa-odori dancing festival in Koenji in Tokyo. Biggest awa-odori festival outside Tokushima, original place of Awa-odori.
This year is hotter than as usual, tough for wacting, but much harder for dancers. I was given many energy by watching them.

会場では、ゴミを集めるボランティアの方も。気持ちよく見られるのも、この人たちのお陰です、有難うございます。
Many volunteers support the festival including collecting trash. Thank you for your support for excellent festival.

防災訓練に参加しました。I joined a drill for disaster

町内会の防災訓練に参加し、消火栓の使い方、初めて教わりました。
I joined a drill for disaster in a neighborhood association, how to use fire hydrant first time to learn.

大災害の時には、自分のことは自分で守る、そのために防災施設の仕組みを知っておくのは、大事なことですね。
In case of great disaster, self-defense is important idea and to learn such facility is srucial in emergency time.

国分寺の殿ヶ谷戸庭園に行って来ました。I visited Tonogayato garden in Kokubunnji during my summer holidays.

暑い日が続きますが、湧き水の流れる庭園は、少しだけ涼しい感じがしました。

I visited Tonogayato garden in Kokubunnji during my summer holidays. Although hot days are continuing, in the garden where spring water flowing, I can feel a little bit cooler than outside.

盆提灯のような蓮華升麻（レンゲショウマ）の淡い紫、

Anemonopsis macrophylla/ False anemone/ レンゲショウマ

And by watching a small pale lavender color “False anemone; Renge-syoma” looks like a small lantern for Bon-festival

そして秋の七草に秋の気配も, and start blooming seven-autumn flowers, I can feel just start of autumn season.

Lespedeza bicolor/ Bush clover/ ハギ

Miscanthus sinensis/ Chinese silver grass/ ススキ

Patrinia scabiosifolia/ Patrinia/ オミナエシ

Platycodon grandiflorus/ Balloon flower/ キキョウ

そして、虫たちの姿にも、自然が豊かな感じです。I also touched some natural things.
