百日紅が綺麗になってきました/ It will be the best time for crape myrtle
今年は梅雨が早く終わった後、西日本を中心に豪雨になってしまいました。豪雨で被害を受けられた方には、お悔やみ申し上げるとともに、一日も早い回復をお祈りします。そしていよいよ夏の本番の暑さの中、ピンクの百日紅（さるすべり）が綺麗に咲いています。この花には、やはり蝉の鳴き声が似合います。
After early finish of rainy season, however unexpected long and heavy rain devastated westside of Japan. I would like to convey my condolence to suffered people and hope quick recovery as early as possible. And I can feel air of high summer by watching pink flowers of crape myrtle with song of cicadas.

Khaawさん、こんばんは。
今回の豪雨による災害は本当にひどい状況ですね。亡くなられた方々のご冥福と早い復興をお祈りしています。
真夏にはやはり百日紅の花が似合いますね。子供の頃、実家には白と赤い百日紅の花がいつも咲いていました。セミの声と百日紅の花似合いますね。
思わず子供の事を思い出しました。

コメント有難うございます。ご存知の通り、最近は私のココログへの記事のアップなどがご無沙汰になることが多い中、こうしてコメントをいただき嬉しいです。今年の夏も暑い夏になりそうですが、体調管理は万全を期しつつも、時には童心にかえって夏を乗り切りたいです。
